More than 10,000 people have applied for 500 new BBC jobs at MediaCityUK in Salford Quays.

Lowry Outlet Mall embraces MediaCityUK

After successfully bucking national retail trends last year, the Lowry Outlet Mall is again reporting growth: a 3% increase in sales and a 2% increase in footfall for the year to date.
The Mall is set to receive an additional boost from the neighbouring MediaCityUK project, creating a 'golden triangle' of retail and leisure attractions including The Lowry theatre (celebrating its 10th anniversary this year) and the Imperial War Museum North. read more
Pannone: double appointment
