RSSNew Broughton Village: homes for sale

Countryside Properties has launched the 180-acre New Broughton Village development.
The development is less than a mile from Manchester city centre, offering one-, three- and four-bedroom homes priced at, respectively, £70,000, £125,000 and £155,000. Countryside aims to create a 3,500-home "vibrant new community on Salford's eastern edge".
The scheme was delivered by Countryside Properties, in partnership with Salford City Council, Great Places Housing Association and the local community, and all homes have attained a ‘Very Good’ EcoHomes rating.
