Professor Erik Bichard, from Salford University’s School of the Built Environment, appeared on BBC Radio Manchester to discuss the redevelopemtn of Chapel Street.
The £650 million regeneration project was approved by council bosses last week and the plans will transform this strategically important area of the city.
