RSSDavis Langdon aims to reduce emissions

Global construction consultant Davis Langdon has released its approach to the Carbon Reduction Commitment, the UK’s new emissions trading scheme.
The scheme is to be introduced next year, but Davis Langdon, working on the huge Irwell City Park scheme, has already produced a detailed response.
The response offers detailed advice on changes that may affect businesses, concluding that: “The best advice we can offer you is to start early in order to identify the potential cost of allowances required in the first sale in 2011 - allowing time to budget for it well in advance”.
