New residents are enjoying life at Countryside Properties’ Vibe development in Salford thanks to the opportunities presented by the HomeBuy Direct scheme.
The Homes and Communities Agency-backed initiative provides those struggling to get on the property ladder with the chance to purchase their own property.
With three properties remaining at the Vibe development in New Broughton, and a new collection of homes soon to be released, it may be time to join the happy residents already in situ.
Michelle Doyle took advantage of the HomeBuy Direct scheme, and her and daughter Ruby have not looked back since.
She said: “The sales girls asked if I’d ever considered buying a property and showed me what the figures would be for a two bedroom apartment through the HomeBuy Direct scheme - I couldn’t believe it when I saw them.
“I applied straight away and got accepted on the scheme and I now have very affordable monthly mortgage payments. It feels great to be so self sufficient and know that I am providing a lovely home for Ruby to grow up in.”
